At TWKKL Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your items. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to assist you. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning items.
Returns
We will accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery and issue a refund to your original payment method. To send the item back, please contact customer service at customersupport@twkkl.com for further instructions/help. Please note shipping back to our warehouse is at the customer’s own cost.
In order to be eligible for return:
All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All products must be unworn and unwashed.
All products must have all original TWKKL tags still attached.
Exchange and Refunds
We are happy to offer an exchange and/or partial or complete refund when the product contains manufacturer defects which include:
Fabric Issues
Faulty Accessories (Buttons, Snaps)
And more that will be examined per individual case
Our Exchanges and Refunds policy is the same as our returns one and has to be within the 14-day period after receipt. Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage that are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious, or wearer-related damages.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 3-7 business days to appear back in your account. Only product costs are refunded and not shipping charges or sales tax.
Lost or Damaged Orders
As soon as your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for its delivery speed or status. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the relevant courier.
In the event an item has not been reached please contact us and we will try our best to rectify the situation.
In some instances, we may make exceptions to our return policy or exercise discretion, especially for extenuating circumstances. We aim to ensure your satisfaction, and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
